Mashabi assumed his current position in January 2025, having first joined the company in 2023. Since its launch in March 2024, Saudia Cargo’s e-ULD mobile app has resulted in a 6% unreported rate of its ULD fleet, resulting in improved asset utilization and cost-savings. In June 2025, Saudia Cargo, a subsidiary of the Saudia Group, launched its joint venture, Saudia Cargo Global, with TAM Group in Hong Kong. Mashabi is a board member of Saudi Post, Saudi Global Ports, and Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), among others.
