Alrasheed assumed his current position in June 2017. The company was established to revolutionize the healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia by introducing proactive solutions that enhance human life and contribute to the Health Sector Transformation Program’s objectives. In February 2025, Lean signed six strategic agreements including one with Pfizer to embed digital health capabilities across pharmaceutical delivery and care models. In June 2025, Lean also signed an MoU with Plug and Play to cultivate a health tech ecosystem within Saudi Arabia.
