In October 2024, Azam led the development of Adassa, an AI-driven real-time monitoring platform that automates construction progress tracking and integrates generative AI decision support with advanced computer vision for earthworks, piling, and municipal operations. The platform is deployed across NEOM projects and has been implemented in 15 sectors. Its largest giga-project users include THE LINE, Oxagon, Trojena, MAGNA, and Sindalah Island. Adassa now provides real-time monitoring for more than 70 project sites.
