Hamdoun joined 7 Management in June 2023 as Managing Partner, overseeing financial strategy, investments, and expansion. He helped grow the group to 21 venues across five countries, developing homegrown concepts and international partnerships. Over the last few years, the company launched venues in the U.A.E., Lebanon, Greece, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia under homegrown concepts like Yubi, and Lucia’s, as well as partnerships with Em Sherif and Bagatelle. The company employs over 1,500 people from 55 nationalities.
