Bsaibes and Medawar founded ECLA Smile, a teeth whitening brand, in December 2022. The company partners with over 150 dentists and serves over 35,000 unique customers. In August 2025, they signed an agreement with PMD Distribution to place ECLA in over 2,500 pharmacies nationwide and expand its presence in dental clinics. In the first eight months of 2025, ECLA Smile generated $512,000 in sales, projecting $700,000 by year-end.
