Elhaj cofounded Save Me, an app connecting surplus food from restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries with consumers at affordable prices. After a 2023 pilot, it officially launched in January 2024 in the U.A.E., having saved over 50,000 kg of food. The platform works with 300 partners, including 210 restaurants, 80 bakeries, and 10 grocery stores. As of August 2025, it has 50,000 downloads and 3,000 active users. Save Me received a $409,000 investment from U.A.E.-based NAR Investment.
