The duo cofounded AILA in June 2023, offering a SaaS platform for educational institutions and students. Using AI, it assesses each student’s abilities and learning style, delivering personalized lessons, quizzes, and content, while streamlining teacher workflows and providing parents insights into their child’s progress. AILA partners with 26 schools in Saudi Arabia, including Ibn Roshd and Misk Schools, serving 26,000 students locally and 15,000 in Central Asia. In August 2024, it raised $1.15 million in a pre-seed round from Ethos Fund, Sabah Fund, White Hill Capital, and angel investors, at a $5.5 million valuation.
