Aldar is an Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer and investor with operations across the UAE, MENA, and Europe. It works through two core business segments, Aldar Development and Aldar Investment. In February 2026, Aldar added $6.3 billion in gross development value to its Abu Dhabi landbank. In December 2025, Aldar with Mubadala Investment Company launched a joint venture to develop the north side of Al Maryah Island, a nearly 500,000 sqm site with a gross development value exceeding $16.3 billion. They also partnered in February 2026 to launch a $2.7 billion retail platform in Abu Dhabi.
