Founded in 1978, Bahri is one of Saudi Arabia’s largest maritime logistics and shipping groups. As of December 2025, Bahri operated a fleet of 104 owned vessels, nine under long-term lease agreements, and three floating seawater desalination barges. Net profit grew by 7.3% in 2025 to $682.5 million. In October 2025, Bahri signed a $203 million purchase agreement with International Maritime Industries to build and deliver six geared Ultramax dry bulk vessels, each with a capacity of 62,823 DWT, as part of its fleet expansion.
