The global engineering and construction contractor has secured $5.6 billion in new awards in 2025, with $2.1 billion across the Middle East and Africa. Its consolidated backlog reached $9 billion by December 2025. In the same month, Orascom Construction agreed to merge with OCI Global to create an Abu Dhabi-based infrastructure and investment platform. Orascom Construction is dual-listed on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
