EFG Holding operates across investment banking, non-bank financial services, and commercial banking. During the first nine months of 2025, its investment banking division concluded 27 deals worth $7.3 billion, while assets under management exceeded $5 billion. EFG Holding listed its subsidiary, Valu (U Consumer Finance), on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) in June 2025. In November 2025, it increased Bank NXT’s capital by $89 million, bringing its expected book value to $326 million by the end of 2025.
