SODIC developed a diverse portfolio of mixed-use communities in West Cairo, East Cairo, and the North Coast, with a land bank of over 17 million square metres as of September 2025. In 2025, it sold 1,788 units, delivered 2,083 units, and recorded gross contracted sales of $1 billion, while net profit rose 77% to $94 million. In October 2025, SODIC signed a $2.3 billion agreement with MIDAR for Investment and Urban Development to develop a residential project within MADA.
