Soliman founded Mountain View in 2005 to develop integrated urban communities. Mountain View has completed $10 billion in projects, with another $20 billion under construction. The company has a land bank exceeding 6,000 acres across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. It allocated about $500 million in 2026 to accelerate construction across its projects. Soliman is the first Vice Chairman of the Real Estate Development Division within the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce.
