Wakim joined Bloom Holding as CEO in 2021. Bloom has delivered more than 5,500 homes and has over 20,000 in the pipeline. In October 2025, Bloom launched “Malaga”, the 11th phase of Bloom Living, an Abu Dhabi community spanning 2.2 million square meters and valued at $2.5 billion. In September 2025, Bloom Holding, alongside other developers, signed agreements exceeding $25 billion with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority and the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC) to build residential communities comprising 24,924 homes in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Previously, Wakim held senior leadership roles in TDIC, Emaar and Zabeel Properties.
