Al-Qahtani leads Sumou Global Investment (SGI), managing a regional real estate and investment portfolio of more than $9.5 billion across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Syria, and Oman. SGI is developing eight hotels within its integrated projects, adding to the company’s three operational hospitality assets. Al-Qahtani is the Vice Chairman of Sumou Real Estate and the Chairman of Adeer Real Estate. He also sits on the board of Riyadh Development Company (ARDCO).
