Al Ammadi became the CEO of Diyar Al Muharraq in 2019. The development’s seven artificial islands span roughly 12 square kilometers — around 1.5% of the Bahrain’s total land. The company has delivered more than 5,000 units to date, spanning villas, mosques, community centers, schools, retail, and parks, with a further 500 units currently under construction. In 2025 alone, it recorded 1,026 transactions. Prior to this role, Al Ammadi held leadership positions at Arcapita Bank and Qatar First Bank.
