UCC Holding, a subsidiary of Power International Holding, is a Qatar-based international energy, concessions, and construction company established in 2011, operating across 25 countries. In 2025, a consortium led by UCC Holding signed a $7 billion MoU with the Syrian government to develop major power generation projects. It also signed a $4 billion deal to expand Damascus International Airport. In 2026, UCC Holding partnered with Siemens Energy to support Syria power projects. Its portfolio of projects includes Waldorf Astoria Ithaafushi in Maldives, Al Maha Island, Mall of Qatar, Hamad International Airport Taxiway, and Neom High Density Offices among others.
