In 2025, its subsidiary Tahreez launched a digital infrastructure joint venture with PMY Group to power live sports and entertainment in Saudi Arabia. In January 2026, its subsidiary Samara Land Transportation Services formed a joint venture with Egypt’s Raya Holding to establish a localized electric golf cart assembly facility in Saudi Arabia.
