Janssen was promoted to his current position at Borouge in June 2026 where he heads a team of 756 people. In 2025, Janssen fronted Borouge’s innovation-led product launch strategy, delivering 10 new launches in 2025, and generating $94 million in innovation portfolio value, where 26% of total revenue was generated from new product sales. He also directed an AI-driven digital transformation across commercial operations, integrating advanced CRM, pricing, forecasting, and automation tools. The program delivered $717 million in value in 2025. Janssen is a board member of the Singapore Chemical Industry Council.
