El Gammal has been leading EFG Holding’s marketing and communication for more than eight years. The group made $530.6 million in revenues in 2025. In June 2025, she oversaw the campaign of Valu’s listing on the EGX, of which the revenues grew 48% from 2024 and stock saw an increase of 27% between June and December 2025. In September 2025, she led the Bank NXT and Visa campaign with celebrity Amir Karara, in which the bank was the first to offer Visa’s loyalty program. El Gammal is also the vice chairperson of EFG Foundation for Social Development.
