Qanati joined GFH Financial Group in 2014 and has been in her current role since 2024. She manages a five-member team in 2026. In April 2026, she spearheaded the media deployment, communication rollout, and public relations strategy for the transformation of GFH Financial Group into its newly licensed identity, GFH Bank, across four GCC stock exchanges. Qanati also serves as a board member at the Bahrain Olympic Committee since February 2025.
