Karbala first took on his current position at 7 Management in 2022, where he leads a team of 11 people. The group owns and operates a portfolio of venues, including Antika, SAYF, The Theater, February 30, Café Beirut, Black Flamingo, and Lucia's. Under Karbala’s leadership, 7 Management launched 25 Jump Street in Dubai between 2025 and 2026, a social hub for dining, entertainment, and nightlife. In the same period, he also led the transition from a reliance on outsourcing to an in-house model, with 75–85% of marketing output now executed internally.
