Meliti founded Arqaam Capital in 2007. Arqaam Capital serves over 1,500 institutional clients across MENA, North America, Europe, and Asia with assets under management of $1.8 billion in 2025, an annual growth of 35%. In 2025, Arqaam launched the Arqaam Islamic Dynamic Income Fund 2028, and the Arqaam High Grade Income Fund 2030, which together exceeded $80 million in assets. Arqaam also acted as a joint bookrunner on the IPO of the Action Energy Company on Boursa Kuwait.
