In Q1 2026, the group reported revenues of $1.6 billion. In 2026, AD Ports Group expanded its international footprint through the $835 million acquisition of Brazil's agri-bulk port terminal operator CLI and the $81.7 million acquisition of Germany-based MBS Logistics. Al Shamisi also serves as chairman of Arab Sea Ports Federation and MAIR Group, among other companies.
