Foodics offers cloud-based restaurant management, point-of-sale and payment solutions for restaurants and merchants. In 2025, the company processed $12 billion in gross merchandize value (GMV), up 20% from 2024. Foodics currently serves more than 40,000 branches across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Jordan, and Kuwait. In February 2025, Foodics acquired Solo Venture, a UK-based provider of self-ordering kiosks, white-label websites, and app ordering technology and in June 2026, it acquired Greece-based artificial intelligence (AI) startup Norma AI. To date, it has raised $198 million in funding.
