MadfoatCom is the operator of eFAWATEERcom, Jordan’s national electronic bill presentment and payment platform. It serves over five million active users across Jordan, Palestine, Kurdistan of Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Morocco, UAE, and Egypt. In 2025, it processed over 75.4 million transactions worth a total of $22.5 billion. As of June 2026, its network had expanded to include more than 720 billers and over 2,500 services. The app had been downloaded over 2.7 million times as of December 2025. In February 2026, it launched e-Psûle system, an electronic bill payment system for the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
