Alireza has been at the helm of the company since 1997. In March 2026, Magrabi Health signed an MoU with Jamjoom Pharma to advance ophthalmology services in Saudi Arabia through medical training, health awareness, and the development of therapeutic solutions. In 2025, it acquired UniDents, expanding the group-wide dental chairs to 218. Alireza is concurrently vice chairman of AMI Saudi Arabia. He is a founding board member of Madares Al Takafoul Al Ahlia, among other roles.
