Meier joined Jumeirah as COO in 2021 and became interim CEO in 2024 and CEO in January 2025. He oversees 29 properties across 11 countries, including 15 in the UAE. The portfolio includes landmarks such as Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, among others. In December 2025, Jumeirah entered luxury yachting through a partnership with The Maltese Falcon. Previously, Meier held roles like regional vice president of Asia and general manager of Raffles Hotels & Resorts in Singapore.
