O'Rourke became CEO in 2023. As of September 2025, Accor owned 37 hotels and managed 808 hotels across the MEA APAC region. In the last two years, Accor has expanded its operations in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt. In Q3 2025, Accor reported management and franchise revenues of $64 million in the MEA APAC region.
