Zuber has led Kerzner International as CEO since 2020, having joined in 2015 as president and COO for One&Only Resorts. Zuber’s role included the creation and evolution of various Kerzner brands, including SIRO, Rare Finds, Atlantis The Royal, and One&Only. He oversees the portfolio across the UAE, China, Greece, the US, Montenegro, Rwanda, Maldives, Mauritius, South Africa, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Japan, and Antigua. In 2025, Kerzner recorded a 12.5% YoY revenue increase. Previously, Zuber had led Emaar Hospitality as its COO and acting CEO, including the creation of Rove and Vida.
