Karam became COO of Ishraq Hospitality in 2024, overseeing its eight hotels across Dubai. Ishraq Hospitality was founded in 2007 and was acquired as the asset management and hospitality division of Mohamed & Obaid Almulla Group in 2011. Its portfolio includes Holiday Inn Express hotels of the IHG group, as well as Crowne Plaza Deira and Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah. Ishraq is developing with Samco Holding two new hospitality projects across Egypt.
