Bridger assumed his current role in 2021, having joined Rove Hotels in 2016. Rove is a joint venture between Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding. He oversees 11 open hotels, eight of which are owned, four under construction, six branded residences, and one office space. In 2025-2026, Rove announced entry into Egypt, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. In 2025, it launched Rove Al Marjan Island, HQ by Rove Marasi Bay, and Rove Home Meydan Horizon. Bridger sits on the senior advisory council of the World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance, among other roles.
