Al Kaabi has led Erth Abu Dhabi since 2016, driving its transformation from its 1983 origins as the UAE Armed Forces Officers Club into a premier hospitality destination launched in 2021. Erth Restaurant became the first Emirati restaurant to earn a One Michelin Star in 2024, retaining it in subsequent guide editions. The Erth Abu Dhabi hotel was also awarded a Michelin Key in 2025. The company served 7.8 million customers in 2025. Al Kaabi previously worked at the Royal Group, the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, and Dolphin Energy.
