ADG integrates sustainability into its long-term approach. All strategic portfolio companies have undergone an MSCI ESG assessment towards the Group’s 2030 AAA target. Subsidiaries address business challenges sustainably through renewable energy, optimized logistics, and circularity. Following a group-wide GHG inventory, ADG’s TPT-aligned decarbonization plan, due October 2026, aims to improve portfolio energy intensity, with progress overseen through portfolio boards. Nejaim, in her role since 2023, sits on portfolio boards, chairs Petromin’s Sustainability Committee, and serves on RSI’s and Tanmiah’s ESG committees.
