In 2025, 27.9% of Khazna’s mechanical-load electricity was covered by carbon-free electricity, supported by 13,849 MWh of on-site solar generation and 55,000 MWh through certified clean-energy instruments. The G42 company also met 19.8% of its cooling-water requirements with recycled water and integrated the AI-powered AlphaGeo platform to enhance portfolio-wide climate resilience. In April 2026, its DXB8 facility became the first data center globally to achieve SCS Global Services’ Zero Waste Certification, with a 99.55% waste-diversion rate.
