Alrashidi is the founder of TRIBE Labs and the founder and CEO of TRIBE Coworking Space. TRIBE has supported over 800 companies and freelancers with services, including office leasing, coworking space memberships, business events, business consultations, and startup incubation. In 2022, TRIBE opened a new location in Kuwait and launched Mandoobi, which aims to help entrepreneurs in Kuwait with government paperwork. Alrashidi also founded the Saad Club, a summer program for children in Kuwait. He was previously the managing partner of Injaz Consulting & Training and the CEO of Madar Real Estate.
