Bhalla has over 22 years of industry experience and joined the Hershey Company in 2018. He leads a team of around 1,480 people. In May 2022, Hershey opened a new R&D center in Johor, Malaysia, as a central hub for the company’s operations across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.
