Atallah joined the company in 2020 as Group CEO. Nakheel is a master developer behind residential communities, retail, hospitality, and leisure developments in Dubai. Nakheel’s waterfront projects, including the Palm Jumeirah, have added more than 300 kilometers to Dubai’s original 70-kilometer coastline. Its project portfolio includes Nakheel Mall, Tilal Al Furjan, Jebel Ali Village, The Palm Tower, Palm Beach Towers, and International City. In 2022, Nakheel secured a $4.6 billion strategic financing deal to accelerate the development of its new projects, including Dubai Islands.
