David Grover was appointed to his current position in 2020. ROSHN is a national community developer supported by Saudi’s Public Investment Fund. It has a 200 million square meter land bank, 600 completed units, and 3,661 units under construction across Saudi Arabia. In 2022, the company announced the completion of the integrated SEDRA 1A community, which is built across 20 million square meters. Its City Experience Center has also been fully operational since July 2022. During its sponsorship of the Formula 1 Saudi Pro League in 2021 and 2022, ROSHN launched the “We Build It Green” initiative, which emphasized the importance of sustainable communities and their role in creating a better environment.
