Rizwan Sajan founded the Danube Group and became chairman in 1993. Danube Properties is the group’s property development arm, with interests in building materials, hospitality, and real estate. In February 2023, Danube Properties unveiled Viewz, a set of twin high-rise towers with a development value exceeding $381 million. In September 2023, the company launched a $680.7 million project, Oceanz. As of November 2023, it had delivered 11 projects and 4,555 units, with a combined sales value exceeding $988 million. Some of its projects include Dreamz, Starz, and Glamz.
