Ora Developers Group has operations in London, Cyprus, Grenada, and Pakistan and entered the Egyptian market in 2018. With a land portfolio that exceeded 1,300 feddans across projects, Ora Developers Egypt had sold nearly 11,000 units and has 5,900 under construction. In 2022, the company launched ZED Towers and the Parkside Residence in ZED ElSheikh Zayed. In November 2022, Ora Developers Egypt signed a $103 million contract with Orascom Construction for the construction of Silversands on the North Coast of Egypt. It also launched the ZED Sports Complex in ZED ElSheikh Zayed and phase 1 of a sports club in ZED East. In February 2023, the company announced the launch of the residential project Solana - spanning across a 316-feddan area in the West of Cairo.
