Saad was appointed to his current position in 2022. Founded in 2007, the Al Zorah Development Company was established as a free zone company through a joint-venture partnership between the government of Ajman and Solidere International. Al Zorah encompasses the development of 5.43 square kilometers of coastal land and a 12-kilometer waterfront. In May 2022, the company announced plans for the development of 21 villas on Al Zorah’s beachfront in the Emirate of Ajman. In February 2023, the company announced the launch of Seaside Hills Residence, a new beachside residential project. Before joining Al Zorah, Saad was the commercial director at Marjan.
