Hamdan has 20 years of industry experience and assumed her current role in 2022. She leads a team of 150 people. In November 2023, Zimmer Biomet signed an MoU with the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia to increase the use of robotics. Hamdan previously held various senior roles at Medtronic, Abbott, Becton, Dickinson and Company, and Novartis Pharma across emerging markets.
