Diana Holding was founded by Brahim Zniber, the late husband of Rita Maria Zniber in 1956. She joined her family business in 1988 and has been in her current role since 2014. The company specializes in the agro-industrials across agriculture, poultry, beverages, poultry sea products, plastic packaging, distribution, and retail. It manages about 8,300 hectares of land, more than 30 subsidiaries, and eight business units, employing around 7,200 people. Rita Maria Zniber is also the founding president of the Rita Zniber Foundation, which focuses on supporting children from disadvantaged families.
