Founded in 1978, Bahri is a maritime logistics and transportation conglomerate. As of March 2025, it operated 97 owned vessels and 14 vessels under long-term leases. In August 2024, Bahri signed a $1 billion deal with Capital Maritime and Trading Corp to acquire nine modern second-hand eco VLCCs to be delivered in batches up to mid-2025. In January 2025, Bahri signed a $800 million Murabaha revolving credit facility agreement with alrajhi bank. Bahri’s net profit rose by 33.1% in 2024 to $636 million.
