In 2025, Bank of America MENA acted as the sole financial advisor to Maaden on its $1 billion acquisition of a 20.62% stake in Aluminum Bahrain (Alba) from SABIC. It also acted as joint global coordinator and joint bookrunner in relation to the $2.84 billion secondary offering of ADNOC Gas. Arshad also sits on DIFC’s higher board, the board of the U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council, and the board of directors of Dubai International Chamber.
