Khoury assumed his current position in 2012. In September 2024, American Express Middle East became an official partner of Dubai Opera, with American Express Card Members in the region receiving exclusive access to performances until May 2026. In April 2025, AMEX signed an MoU with Emirates, expanding on their current partnership to support SMEs. Khoury is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization and a board member for the Bahrain International Circuit.
