Berro assumed her current position in 2019, having first joined Roche in 2003. Roche signed an MoU with the American University of Beirut’s medical center in 2024, as well as MoUs with Hôtel-Dieu de France Hospital and Université Saint Joseph, and an MoU with Oman’s Ministry of Health to establish an Advanced Costing Center. In April 2025, Roche and Hakeem Electronic Health Solutions launched Jordan’s first national comprehensive hemophilia report, alongside Jordan’s Ministry of Health and the Royal Medical Services. Berro is also an executive committee member of PhRMA Middle East & Africa.
