Drumm has 30 years of industry experience and has led Diageo’s MENA operations since 2024. In 2024, she established the company’s dedicated MENA team and opened a new regional office in Dubai’s One Za’abeel. She is currently developing a luxury strategy for the region, focused on tailored client experiences.
