D’Cruz has been part of Yum! Brands since 2007 and took on her present role in March 2023, becoming the first female general manager for Yum! Brands fast food corporation in the region. She currently oversees a team of 100 people and leads the brand’s growth strategy and operations across more than 550 outlets in the region, including 160 in the U.A.E. D’Cruz previously held leadership roles within both Pizza Hut and KFC across Canada, the U.K., and the Middle East. She recently served as chief brand officer for Pizza Hut META.
